This original, 1974-era Burnham Series 6 finally sprung a leak that was impossible to repair. The facility also realized some savings from the new equipment efficiency.

Previously used as an art house, this four screen theater was subsequently transformed into a discount cinema. The project included upgrading the audio in the main auditorium to Dolby Digital.
